Foods That Cure and Prevent Blackheads


One of the causes of blackheads are types of food that you consume. Foods that can lead to blackheads are foods that contain high fat. Examples of foods high in fat are fastfood. Therefore you should limit their consumption of fast food can lead to blackheads besides fast food is not good for health.

If there are foods that can cause blackheads and whether there are foods that can help prevent and reduce blackheads. According to a physician nutrition is there is food that can prevent and reduce blackheads. In this article I will discuss and provide information what foods can help reduce blackheads and prevent blackheads. The following are foods that can prevent and reduce blackheads.

1. Vitamin A. To help regulate the skin regeneration cycle so that no more protein and oils that cause acne are clogged. Sources of vitamin A are fish oil salmon, carrots, spinach, and broccoli. However, it is advisable not excessive because it is toxic

2. Zinc (zinc). People with acne or blackheads in general have low zinc levels. Zinc is useful to relieve skin irritation. Sources of zinc are almonds, nuts, and meat.


3. Vitamin E and C. Both of these vitamins as antioxidants in the skin. Source of vitamin E and C are oranges, papaya, tomato, or kiwi (vitamin C), and nuts, olive oil, broccoli, avocado, and green vegetables (vitamin E).
4. Selenium. Is a mineral antioxidant that protects the skin from free radical damage. Vitamin E and selenium will accelerate healing of acne or blackheads. Sources such as meat, salmon, beans, eggs, and brown rice.

5. Omega 3. Omega 3 fatty acids can prevent molecules that can cause inflammation (inflammation) that trigger skin disorders. Source ie fish, oil, and nuts.

6. Water. Useful to help hydrate the body and hydrate the skin. Consuming enough water can eliminate the toxins that trigger skin problems. Drink at least eight glasses of water each day.
